CRM & Commercial Excellence Manager

Lead a Strategic Transformation Project

At Cromology, we're looking for a CRM Manager ready to take ownership of a key transformation project and play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial excellence journey.

This is not just about managing a CRM. It's about driving adoption, improving processes, enhancing data quality, and turning insights into business decisions, working closely with Sales teams and senior leadership.

As part of our Business Intelligence Iberia Team, you'll work across different markets, balancing local and regional business needs while collaborating with multiple departments across the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of our CRM ecosystem.
• Drive CRM adoption, data quality and commercial performance.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and business insights to support decision-making.
• Partner with Sales teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer management and commercial effectiveness.
• Work with different markets and departments, bringing a collaborative and business-oriented approach to problem solving.

What we're looking for

• Experience managing and developing CRM platforms.
• Proven experience leading projects and driving change across organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across functions and countries.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a genuine desire to build, improve and make an impact.

Location & Working Model

• Based in Les Franqueses del Vallès (Barcelona).
• Hybrid model with up to 6 remote working days per month.
• Own vehicle is essential, as our facilities are not easily accessible by public transport.
