Marketing Operations Lead (Barcelona)

• We’re looking for a highly technical, data-driven Marketing Operations Lead to own and scale our marketing operations function across the business
• This role sits at the center of Marketing, Sales and RevOps, ensuring our systems, processes and data work seamlessly together to power demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, reporting and revenue growth
• You’ll own our marketing technology ecosystem, optimize our lead management infrastructure, build scalable automations, maintain CRM health, and provide the reporting and insights that enable the marketing team to make better decisions
• This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building efficient systems, and turning manual processes into automated workflows

• Own the marketing operations ecosystem: Manage and continuously optimize our core martech stack, including HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zapier and other marketing and analytics tools, ensuring systems are scalable, connected and fit for purpose
• Build and optimize automation: Design and manage workflows, lead routing, scoring, lifecycle processes and other automations that improve campaign execution, lead management and operational efficiency
• Own CRM & data quality: Ensure the accuracy, consistency and health of our marketing database through segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, data governance and ongoing CRM optimization
• Enable campaigns & lifecycle marketing: Support the marketing team with the operational setup and QA of emails, forms, landing pages, lists, workflows and nurturing programs, ensuring campaigns are properly tracked and optimized
• Drive reporting & analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, attribution, pipeline generation and key marketing KPIs
• Manage integrations & data flows: Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Zoho, website, product and third‑party platforms using tools such as Zapier, APIs (Domo and others) and webhooks, working closely with Product, Engineering and RevOps where needed
• Improve processes & scalability: Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for automation, standardization and AI‑enabled efficiencies, continuously improving how Marketing operates and scales
• Partner cross‑functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product and Engineering to ensure strong alignment across systems, processes, data and the overall customer journey

• Strong understanding of marketing attribution and funnel analytics

• BA in marketing, business, communications, technology or similar area
• Experience with a variety of tools (Domo, Zoho, Zapier)
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Experience with BI platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with SQL or querying marketing data
• Knowledge of APIs and webhook integrations
• Experience implementing AI-powered marketing workflows and automation
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, consent management and data governance)
• Experience supporting international or multi-product marketing teams
