How Will You Make An Impact

As the Tech and Data Strategy Lead (f/m/d) in Spain, you will play a central role in connecting people, data, and technology. You will lead client strategy, drive digital maturity for all type of clients by systematically identifying levers and technical solutions across the Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Pre-Sales & Commercial Strategy: Lead pre-sales activity for new business opportunities, commercial proposals, opportunity analysis, and cross-selling/upselling for existing clients in Spain.
• Solution Packaging & Tech Strategy: Define sales strategies and package solutions (incrementality, measurement frameworks, 1st party data strategies, privacy, and tech stacks).
• Strategic Consulting & Workshops: Conduct Tech & Data Maturity Assessments and lead Strategy Workshops for key clients to solve complex business challenges in an evolving privacy-centric ecosystem.
• Key Account Management & Customer Success: Serve as the main client Point of Contact (POC) and lead Customer Success initiatives for top Spain strategic accounts.
• Project & Operations Management: Act as Project Manager for major technical implementations and manage Google Funds Operations and relationship alignment with Google Spain.
• Team Leadership & Development: Guide, mentor, and develop TRKKN consultants to foster individual growth and achieve company business goals.
• Industry Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, privacy changes, and best practices in Tech & Data Strategy, sharing insights across TRKKN service teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Partnerships and collaborations: Build strong relationships with Omnicom Media Spain and Google and identifying new business opportunities.

The person we are looking for...

• Has extensive consulting experience in Tech & Data strategy, preferably within the digital marketing and cloud technology industry.
• Possesses hands-on experience with Google Funds ownership and management, demonstrating proficiency in leveraging Google's ecosystem and resources.
• Has a proven track record in pre-sales, commercial proposal creation, and driving business growth with medium/large clients.
• Brings strong account management and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities seamlessly.
• Owns a strategic and agile mindset paired with high attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Is a proactive self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and strategic execution.
• Wants to join a hybrid work model between remote and office work in Barcelona or Madrid.
• Is fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken min. C1).
