About the Role: As the Principal Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will lead the execution and operational strategy for a high-impact capability that empowers business professionals to make faster, more confident decisions. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, translating high-level vision into concrete technical roadmaps and rigorous quality frameworks. Own system prompt strategy to ensure AI outputs align with professional expectations, delivering structured, critical analysis rather than generic summaries.

Build and manage a robust evaluation framework bridging human expertise with automated metrics to validate AI performance against domain expert standards.

Lead continuous model testing and retrieval strategy optimization, using data-driven metrics like hallucination rates to improve the platform engine.

Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, defining strategy and execution plans for high-impact product areas where the solution is not immediately obvious.

Analytical rigor, with the ability to define decision processes for project prioritization and assess feature effectiveness using data.

A/B testing, quality assurance loops, or RAG evaluation) is a plus.
