Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Spanish – speaking) – On‑site – Barcelona
Concentrix is a global technology and services leader that powers the brands of the future. This role supports the company’s brands by providing first‑line customer service in Spanish and English.
Handle calls through the CRM agent portal
Create quotations and orders via SAP
Provide first‑level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and services
Proficient or bilingual Spanish; advanced English
High‑school graduate or equivalent
Interest in the technical field and willingness to stay on the project for at least 2 years
Customer‑oriented with excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
Full‑time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00
Permanent contract
Full paid training about the company and the project

Excellent office in Barcelona, C/ de la Selva de Mar 129
English, Spanish (Required). Time Type: Full time.
