Product Marketing Manager (French Speaking)

Reporting directly to the Group Digital Transformation Manager, the Group AI Product Manager owns the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of AI agents and solutions developed within the organisation, leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies such as OpenAI APIs. The AI Product Manager oversees the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI products. The Group AI Product Manager works in close collaboration with the Global Digital Empowerment Team, the Global Infrastructure, Security & Workplace Team, and the CIO.
Act as Product Manager and Business Analyst for AI initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and measurable impact
Ensure AI products comply with security, data protection, and responsible AI standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, internal AI governance)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, project management, or business analysis within IT and/or AI environments
Proven track record in leading digital transformation or AI-driven products or initiatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and OpenAI APIs
Good knowledge of AI agent development and cloud platforms
Experience defining KPIs, adoption metrics, and success criteria for digital or AI solutions
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing); French is a strong asset
ITIL certification is a plus
