Social Media Manager

Your Mission

As Social Media Manager, you will be the voice and visual soul of AIRE across all digital channels — crafting content that captures the brand's essence, deepens community connection, and translates our sensory experiences into stories that resonate globally.

What You Will Do

Content Planning & Social Media Strategy Execution

• Execute the annual Social Media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Ensure consistency between Social Media and all brand campaigns, communications and activations.
• Plan, coordinate and publish content across all Social Media channels.
• Create copies aligned with AIRE's tone of voice, positioning and aesthetic sensitivity.
• Coordinate local content creation across different centres and international markets.
• Ensure all content reflects AIRE's visual and emotional universe.

Community Management & Brand Engagement

• Manage community interaction across channels, including DMs, comments and relevant conversations.
• Strengthen the connection between AIRE and its online community through meaningful and engaging interactions.

Insights, Trends & Performance Analysis

• Conduct competitor benchmarks and monitor trends across luxury, wellness, hospitality and lifestyle industries.
• Analyse channel performance through regular reporting and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor social media best practices, platform updates and emerging digital behaviours.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, creators and external partners.
• Coordinate workflows and ensure alignment across markets and departments.
• Develop and close B2B sales opportunities for AIRE experiences across European markets.
• Proactively generate new business through direct outreach and outbound sales activity.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Background

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Social Media Manager.
• Experience in premium, luxury, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle or experiential brands is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Business or Digital Media. Master’s in Digital Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or Social Media is a plus.

Languages

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).

Skills & Behaviours

• Strong aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury, wellness and lifestyle branding.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking.
