Deine Rolle
Du bist für unseren gesamten deutschsprachigen Top-of-Funnel verantwortlich: vom ersten Kontakt bis zur qualifizierten Demo-Übergabe an unsere Account Executives und hast das Zeug dazu, in wenigen Monaten selbst zu einem Closer zu werden.
Das erwartet dich
Unser Marketing sorgt tagtäglich für zahlreiche Leads - du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass diese zu qualifizieren
Multi Channel Outreach: Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn – plus neue Kanäle testen
Sequenzen bauen: Hypothesen aufstellen, testen, messen, verbessern
Aktive Mitgestaltung der SDR-Prozesse in einem rasant wachsenden Startup
Onboarding neuer Kunden
Als top-performing SDR hast du bei uns die einzigartige Chance, innerhalb weniger Monate selbst zum Account Executive zu werden
Wen wir suchen
1+ Jahre Sales-Erfahrung im Idealfall im Outbound- oder Telesales, idealerweise B2B-SaaS.
Du bist von Natur aus kompetitiv, willst deinen Output maximieren und dich motiviert eine ungedeckelte Provision
Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, sicheres Auftreten am Telefon
Gutes Englisch (Firmensprache)
