As an **Inside Sales Representative** on our team, you will: * Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they’ve expressed interest in a product * Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction * Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences * Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams * Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects * Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand. **Your qualifications** We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Concentrix is a great match if you: * Are bilingual or proficient in German and advanced in English * Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies * Bring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors * Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele * Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products * Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers * Are comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interaction.
