What You’ll Do

As a Trainee in Data & AI, you will be an active contributor to our team’s core mission. You will:

• Dive into the Data: Assist with data collection, rigorous cleaning, and complex analysis to ensure our organization moves forward with data-driven confidence.
• Guard Data Quality: Support data quality checks and reporting, becoming a key player in maintaining our high standards of data integrity.
• Build & Maintain: Help document scalable processes and monitor basic data pipelines, keeping our systems healthy and efficient.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work side‑by‑side with data engineers and business analysts on cross-functional projects.
• Level Up Your Tech Stack: Fast-track your learning in core industry tools and concepts, including SQL, Python, Git, and modern data warehousing.

What You Bring

• The Background: You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• The Mindset: You possess strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt within a fast-moving team.
• The Essentials: Basic, foundational knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Python (university projects count!).
• Communication: Fluency in English (both written and spoken), as you’ll be working in an international environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to data libraries and tools like Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks, or Git.
• A basic understanding of relational databases and architecture.
• Familiarity or curiosity regarding containerization concepts (like Docker).
