We're partnering with a leading automotive group with a growing international B2B business to find a Marketing Growth Manager who will own its marketing strategy and execution from start to finish.

About the role

You'll own marketing for a core international B2B business unit, from strategy through execution. You'll build the roadmap, run the campaigns, set up the automations and report the results that prove it's working. You'll work directly with the Sales Director on lead generation, qualification, conversion and retention. You'll also use AI tools to move faster and go deeper. You'll get clear goals and the freedom to decide how to reach them.

  What you'll do

• Set mid- to long-term marketing goals and turn them into a week-by-week execution plan

• Research markets, customers and competitors to shape positioning, segmentation and messaging

• Find growth opportunities and priority segments together with business-unit and Sales leadership

• Run multichannel campaigns (paid, organic, email, social and content) from brief to optimization

• Build and manage marketing automations and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot or a similar tool

• Work with the Sales Director and the sales team on lead generation, qualification and conversion

• Build retention and repeat-business programs that increase customer lifetime value

• Give the sales team the assets, insights and playbooks they need, and see them through to implementation

• Define the KPI method and build the business unit's scorecard

• Report on campaign performance, lead flow and marketing ROI, and share trends without being asked

• Take projects from kickoff to completion and flag risks early

 What we're looking for

Must have: fluent English and a strong ownership mindset.

Marketing Experience

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing or growth experience

• End-to-end ownership of at least one full demand-generation or lifecycle program

• Strategic planning and hands-on execution: you've built a plan and personally delivered the results

• International or multi-market experience is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (a master's is preferred)

Demand Generation & Automation

Strong experience with:

• HubSpot or a similar marketing automation or CRM platform

• Paid media

• Email marketing

• Social media

• SEO

• Lifecycle and nurture workflows

• AI tools for research, content and analysis

Sales Partnership

• Working directly with sales teams on pipeline

• Improving lead quality and conversion

• Building sales playbooks and enablement assets

• Running retention and repeat-business programs

KPIs & Reporting

• Defining KPIs and scorecards that connect to revenue

• Analyzing trends and turning data into insights

• Reporting on marketing ROI

• Understanding of OKRs

Project Management

• Taking on unclear assignments and finishing them independently

• Managing several projects at once

• Giving status updates proactively

• Flagging risks early, not at the deadline

Collaboration

• Building relationships across Sales, marketing specialists and leadership without being directed to

• Working well in a business-unit-aligned marketing structure

• Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, industrial, equipment or B2B wholesale marketplaces

• International or multi-market marketing experience

• Experience in a marketing team organized around business units

• Additional languages (multilingual is a bonus)

• Advanced HubSpot skills

• Comfort with Microsoft Office
