We are looking for a Marketing Manager Spain!

Brief description of the role

Marketing in Atlante Spain is first and foremost a commercial lever to increase revenues. You own the country execution of marketing activities in coordination with the central Marketing, Communication, CRM, App and Graphic teams at HQ, ensuring full alignment with Group priorities while adapting execution to the Spanish market.

You operate within Atlante’s matrix organization, with hierarchical reporting to the CEO Spain and functional reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer at HQ.

B2C, digital, CRM, lifecycle marketing, brand and communication activities are defined and coordinated by the Group Marketing function at HQ, while country execution, local commercial activations, partnerships and customer experience initiatives are owned by the Spanish Marketing function.

You manage the local marketing budget and act as the country interface towards HQ Marketing, while partnering closely with Commercial, Operations, Infrastructure, Public Affairs and Finance to maximize commercial performance and customer satisfaction.

You create value by translating Atlante Spain’s commercial priorities into integrated marketing initiatives that increase customer acquisition, charging session frequency, customer retention and customer lifetime value.

By combining B2C marketing, CRM-driven lifecycle programs, trade marketing, commercial partnerships and brand communication, you maximize the return on Atlante Spain’s marketing investments, strengthen the network’s commercial appeal and ensure a best-in-class customer experience across every customer touchpoint.

You ensure that marketing contributes directly to commercial performance, while acting as the country interface to Group Marketing capabilities, including brand, communication, CRM and research, and guaranteeing full consistency with the Group marketing framework defined by the Chief Marketing Officer.

Core Responsibilities

B2C, Digital & CRM Marketing

• Own local execution of B2C, digital and CRM marketing with HQ, driving acquisition, charging frequency, retention and LTV.
• Run digital campaigns (paid social, SEM, display, programmatic, app marketing) and lead influencer marketing, which takes about 30–40% of time during launch periods.
• Manage CRM, lifecycle and loyalty programs (email, push, in-app, SMS) and drive app performance (registrations, engagement, ASO).
• Oversee the local digital ecosystem (website, social, app store) and share customer insights with HQ.

Trade Marketing & Partnerships

• Plan and run commercial activations at stations (openings, promotions, events) and support Commercial teams with pricing and promotional campaigns.
• Develop co-loyalty, brand and landlord partnerships aligned with the EV customer journey.

Governance

• Own the local marketing budget and KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention, NPS, ROI).
• Act as the main interface with HQ teams and manage agencies and suppliers.

Brand & Communication

• Execute the local communication plan in line with Group guidelines, manage press relations and oversee editorial content.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Digital, CRM, Trade Marketing or Commercial Marketing roles.

• Strong background in customer acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing.

• Experience managing external agencies and marketing budgets.

• Experience working in matrix and international organizations.

• Previous exposure to retail, mobility, mobility-tech, automotive, digital consumer services, energy, telecom, QSR, travel or other multi-site consumer businesses is highly desirable.

• Fluent English required.
