We’re seeking an experienced Talent Consultant to join our People Team in Barcelona who will help define the broader talent strategy across multiple teams. What you will do:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to HR systems, maintaining data integrity and meeting critical deadlines to support seamless talent processes and reporting.
- Develop comprehensive guidelines and facilitate meetings to effectively communicate and update employees on Talent processes, fostering understanding and alignment.
- Coordinate the roll out of the performance management cycle and objective setting.
- Support the design, implementation, and coordination of talent reviews across the organisation to identify high‑potential employees and development opportunities.
- Leverage AI‑powered tools and people analytics to generate insights on performance, retention, and talent trends and support informed decision‑making. Ensure regular status reporting of all core talent processes to key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of AI solutions in talent processes (e.g., skills mapping, career pathing, predictive analytics).
- Partner closely with COEs and HRBPs to roll out HR programs (e.g. Performance Reviews, Engagement surveys, Recognition program, etc.)
- Provide consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation of core Talent programs.
What do you need to succeed:
Good to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related fields plus 4+ years of progressive Business and HR experience in a high speed, high growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills, fast learner, with high attention to detail, focused on results and productivity, and comfortable leveraging AI and people analytics tools to drive data‑informed talent decisions.
- Project management and execution skills: you are very organised, rigorous, dynamic and proactive.
- A critical thinker: asks lots of questions to uncover why things happen in a certain way to add value.
- You are solution‑oriented and you are not afraid to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills to effectively support and connect with employees in many different teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite (GSheet, Word, etc) is no secret for you either!
- Looker studio knowledge is a plus!
- Proficient English speaker!

- Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI‑powered assistants.
- Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI‑driven solutions into workflows.
- AI‑Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
