About the Job
As Global Head of Talent Acquisition you’ll transform how Allianz Technology attracts, selects and hires top talent that delivers critical IT solutions and services that pioneers the digitalization of the financial services and insurance industry.
In collaboration with People, Culture, Sustainability teams as well as business leaders you will translate business priorities into global hiring strategies. You will lead and inspire a globally distributed Talent Acquisition team and have the trust to re-image and optimize recruiting processes, portfolio, team capabilities, systems, governance controls and operational delivery model to unlock scale, speed, agility and exceptional experiences.
What you do
- Provide strategic leadership to globally distributed Talent Acquisition teams and the Employer Brand Lead ensuring delivery, engagement, collaboration and performance across regions.
- Lead the transformation of the recruitment function into a globally streamlined, data driven function geared towards unlocking speed, agility and exceptional experiences.
- Act as a trusted partner to Executive Management Team, Talent Advisors(HR BPs) in leading hiring strategies, specifically confidential executive and critical hiring mandates.
- Design and execute specialized recruitment strategies and pipelines for hard-to-fill, critical expert and key executive roles including interfacing with strategic headhunters and partners.
- Ensure compliance and governance of data, processes, capabilities and systems.
- Coordinate with Group People & Culture teams to ensure initiatives and tools have consistent adoption and necessary adaptations to generate impact for Allianz Technology.
- Monitor & ensure delivery of key KPIs; time-to-hire, hiring experience & inclusion targets.
- In partnership with Employer Brand lead, ensure tech EVP is activated and brought to life via channels, career portals, events and in attraction campaigns and partnerships with universities, innovation ecosystems result in measurable talent acquisition approaches.
What you bring
- Experience (+10 years) in talent acquisition, within a large, multinational organization with hands on operational experience in recruiting, leading global recruiting teams.
- Proven success in transforming in-house recruiting operations, processes, team capabilities & systems.
- Experienced in partnering with business leaders, People(HR) partners and CoE teams, leading confidential executive search processes with integrity & excellence.
- Solid commercial mindset with experience in managing budgets, vendors and flexible resourcing models to generate efficiencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable operating in high-change, high-growth transformation settings across all levels.
- Curiosity and willingness to integrate AI into processes, drive continuous improvement and experience with Gen AI, Copilot and Chat GPT.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CCP) is a plus.
