• Promote cross-selling initiatives by leveraging the full range of insurance, risk management, and advisory solutions offered by the organization.
• Provide strategic support and executive involvement in high-value business opportunities, leading negotiations and client engagements when required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the product offering, foster innovation, and ensure solutions remain competitive and aligned with evolving client needs.
• Strengthen and expand international business opportunities by working closely with the Group network partners, ensuring effective cross-border collaboration and client servicing.
• Represent the company at a senior level within key business and industry associations, including leading corporate and entrepreneurial forums, to enhance market visibility and generate strategic relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and strategic partners to support sustainable business growth and market positioning.
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging risks to identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to long‑term business planning.
• Act as a key ambassador for the organization, reinforcing its reputation, value proposition, and leadership within the Spanish insurance market.
