What are we looking for?

We are looking for a CNS International Marketing Lead to drive the international commercial strategy and launch readiness for CNS products across key markets. This role will play a critical part in connecting development, medical, market access and commercial perspectives to ensure successful and compliant launch execution throughout the product life cycle.

The challenge!

• Contribute commercial insights during early and late-stage drug development to support strategic decision-making, including target product profile refinement, indication prioritization and competitive landscape assessment.
• Partner with Development, Medical Affairs and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure commercial perspectives are incorporated into development plans and lifecycle strategy.
• Develop and lead the cross-functional launch roadmap across the International region.
• Own the international launch readiness plan for CNS, ensuring alignment from pre-launch disease awareness to post-diagnosis patient referral and activation.
• Ensure alignment of the core marketing message across affiliates throughout the product life cycle, balancing strategic consistency with local regulatory and market requirements.
• Collaborate with Market Access on evidence needs and value messaging to support reimbursement and funding for diagnostic services where relevant.
• Partner closely with Medical Affairs to align scientific narratives, medical education priorities and data-generation strategies.
• Capture field insights and translate scientific and market knowledge into actionable and measurable commercial plans.
• Support affiliates in launch execution across markets.
• Lead matrix teams across regions and coordinate with affiliates on launch readiness, capability building and the roll-out of toolkits, training and metrics.
• Develop and lead cross-functional, commercial and digital projects across the region.
• Support Business Development activities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, unmet needs, forecasting inputs and lifecycle planning.
• Identify and use tools that support individual, team and company objectives in a high-quality, timely and cost-effective manner.
• Promote digitalization, AI usage and commercial productivity systems to improve team output and execution.

What do you need?

• Degree in Health Sciences, preferably Pharmacy. Other relevant backgrounds such as Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Veterinary or similar will also be considered.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Additional languages will be considered a plus.
• More than 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience contributing commercial insights to drug development, including target product profile refinement, indication prioritization and competitive landscape assessment.
• Proven track record in international launch planning and execution, including diagnostic strategy development with specialist networks and healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of CNS care pathways, diagnostic modalities and barriers to patient identification.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills.
• High scientific literacy and the ability to translate scientific insights into actionable commercial strategies and measurable launch outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional, virtual and global environments.
• Strong influencing skills and decision-making capability in matrix organizations.
• Ability to maintain strategic alignment of marketing messages across affiliates in a multi-country setting.
• Digital and AI mindset, with confidence in the day-to-day use of enterprise productivity tools and commercial systems.
• Willingness to travel.
