Group Assistant & Admin Support (Temporary)

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage, schedule, and confirm appointments, travel reservations, expenses and draft meeting agendas.
• Manage administrative staff and control documentation generated by departments.
• Purchase orders tracking and management.
• Organizing events, adhoc support when needed.
• Other agenda related tasks - (Spanish and English).

This role will report to our Global Director for Procurement and Supply Chain

It’s a fixed term position based in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Spain's HQ - Madrid)

Requirements and competencies
We are looking for a high potential, proactive and solution-oriented individual focused on driving value to the business who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding job.

• 2-5 years’ experience supporting a C level executive, or other similar senior-level executive roles.
• Experience with an international company strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Flexibility
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
