Als Brand Manager:in bist du zentrale:r Treiber:in unserer Markenstrategie. Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung von Wastberg+ und sorgst für einen klaren und konsistenten Markenauftritt. Mit einem ausgeprägten Interesse an Design, Architektur und Details übersetzt du unser Verständnis von Good Light in eine klare und konsistente Markenkommunikation.
Dein Job
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Markenstrategie und Brand Identity
- Sicherstellung der konsistenten Markenführung über alle Touchpoints (online & offline)
- Analyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerb und Zielgruppen
- Planung und Umsetzung internationaler Marketingmaßnahmen
- Verantwortung für Content Marketing, Kampagnen und Markenkommunikation
- Organisation und Umsetzung von Messen, Events und Produktlaunches
- Steuerung und Monitoring von Kampagnenbudgets und Marketingkosten
- Analyse von KPIs sowie Performance-Auswertung von Kampagnen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Kreativteam und Produktmanagement
Deine Kompetenzen
- Fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar (Studium, FH)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing und Projektmanagement
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Design, Architektur und Marke
- Sicherer Umgang mit Social Media, Newsletter-Tools und Websites
- Reisebereitschaft im internationalen Umfeld
- Strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on Mentalität mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in Adobe Suite oder vergleichbaren Tools von Vorteil
Die Einstufung dieser Position lässt ein Entgelt ab € 4.000,- brutto/Monat zu. Alle unsere Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen überzeugen durch ihr Know-how, ihr Engagement und auch ihre Persönlichkeit. Aus diesem Grund sind wir basierend auf deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung gerne bereit, unser Angebot auch an dich individuell anzupassen. Home Office Optionen bestehen nach der Einarbeitungszeit im Rahmen der Vorgaben.
