Digital Sales Associate – German Speaking

We are seeking a sales professional fluent in German who can build relationships, close deals, and expand business opportunities across a wide range of ADP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through cold calling, relationship building, and uncovering customer needs.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling additional products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers on a daily basis, maintaining strong relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertiveness, persistence, excellent listening, and strong closing skills.
• Goal‑oriented drive with proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and yearly quotas.
• Highly organized with effective time and activity management skills.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Business‑to‑business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling, presentation, prospecting, and territory management.
• Self‑starter with the capacity and drive to work independently and collaborate with other sales associates.
• Proven cold‑calling sales ability with an assertive, positive, and persistent style.
• Strong communication skills across all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
