If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with prestigious clients, and want to take on a strategic role in transformation initiatives, then we’d like to meet you! **The Work:** We are expanding our Iberia **Talent & Organization** team and looking for experienced **Managers** with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. As a **Manager**, you will be expected to drive client engagements, oversee the execution of transformation programs, and actively participate in business development efforts. A typical project might include the following activities: * Leading transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies. * Managing client relationships, understanding their challenges, and shaping solutions tailored to their needs. * Overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. * Designing and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, leveraging Accenture’s methodologies, assets, and tools. * Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop effective engagement strategies. * Developing transformation roadmaps, including next-generation communication strategies and training programs. * Measuring the effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling methods. * Supporting business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships. * Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture. **Here’s What You Need:** * 6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments. * Minimum bachelor’s degree. * Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential. * Proficiency in at least one other language. * For positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). * Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments. * Experience with analytics is an asset. * Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued. * Experience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued. * Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus. **Your Winning Qualities:** * Proven ability to lead complex transformation programs across multiple workstreams. * Strong project and program management skills, ensuring tracking and monitoring of key deliverables. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. * Business development mindset, with experience identifying and pursuing growth opportunities. * Team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior professionals. * Strategic thinker with a structured and analytical problem-solving **What’s in It for You:** Join our **Talent & Organization** practice for a dynamic and rewarding career where diverse opportunities allow you to grow professionally every day.
