DIRECTOR/A DE ADMISIONES ESPAÑA Y SUR DE EUROPA

Como Director/a de Admisiones , serás la persona responsable de desarrollar y aplicar estrategias de admisión y matriculación para optimizar la captación de estudiantes a nivel nacional e internacional. Supervisarás los equipos de admisiones, desarrollarás asociaciones institucionales y gestionarás las relaciones con los agentes y los presupuestos relacionados con las actividades de admisiones. Tu papel también incluye la mejora continua de los procesos, la creación de materiales de marketing y la participación activa en los eventos promocionales de LaSalle College.
Responsabilidades- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de inscripción y admisiones para optimizar la generación de oportunidades y conversiones a nivel nacional e internacional.
- Recomendar mejoras en los procesos para apoyar un proceso de admisión estratégico, ágil y transparente.
- Supervisar a los equipos de admisiones locales e internacionales, haciendo un seguimiento de las actividades y los objetivos mediante el CRM.
- Desarrollar herramientas de marketing eficaces para maximizar el atractivo de los programas y estimular la matriculación.
- Implementar un sistema de análisis de datos y seguimiento de los KPI.
- Desarrollar un perfil de puesto específico con vistas a crear un equipo de admisiones cuyas habilidades reflejen una fuerte orientación hacia las ventas y el marketing.
- Formar, orientar y retener a los equipos de admisiones, promoviendo al mismo tiempo su desarrollo profesional continuo.
- Participar activamente en eventos de captación y promoción, dentro y fuera del campus.
- Establecer y mantener asociaciones institucionales (enlaces, memorandos de entendimiento, transferencias/bloqueos de créditos).
- Gestionar las relaciones con los agentes y los presupuestos asociados a las actividades de admisión.
- Elaborar y supervisar los presupuestos correspondientes.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según sea necesario.
- Poseer una licenciatura en ventas, comunicación o comercio.
- Poseer experiencia significativa en un puesto similar con objetivos mesurables alcanzados.
- Experiencia previa en contratación o admisiones.
- Experiencia en gestión de agentes.
- Dominio del inglés a nivel profesional (oral y escrito).
Este puesto implica interacciones frecuentes con clientes y socios internos y externos a escala nacional y mundial. Por lo tanto, el dominio profesional del inglés es un requisito para este puesto.
