Senior Associate Inside Sales Account Representative (French Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue by managing and expanding a defined territory of current and prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Qualify, prioritize, and manage sales opportunities, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with field sales, marketing, and internal partners to execute territory and account plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with multiple buying stakeholders to uncover software, services, and training needs.
• Prepare standard quotes, proposals, and sales documentation, working cross‑functionally to support contract finalization and fulfillment.
• Accurately forecast sales activity and update customer and opportunity information in internal CRM systems.
• Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or telesales in an industry-related environment.
• 1‑3 years of experience in inside sales, prospect development or customer‑facing commercial experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify opportunities, and manage multiple sales engagements simultaneously.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and French, including the ability to convey business and technical concepts by phone.
• Experience using CRM tools and working with sales performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team‑oriented sales environment.
• Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
