Sobre el proyecto
- Startup en fase de crecimiento dentro del sector FMCG (alimentación y bebidas 100% naturales)
- Desarrollo de marcas impulsadas por celebridades
- Liderado también por uno de los fundadores de Rappi (referente en startups de alto crecimiento, similar a Glovo en Latinoamérica)
- Proyecto con alto potencial de escalabilidad y expansión
Qué buscamos
- Perfil de Sales / Comercial \"hunter\" , con mentalidad proactiva y orientada a resultados
- 5-7 años de experiencia en ventas, idealmente en:
- Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- Contactos en Horeca y distribuidores
- Experiencia demostrable en Retail
- Alimentación y bebidas
- Alta motivación por entrar en una startup y crecer con el proyecto
- Interés en construir marcas desde cero y desarrollar nuevos productos en el mercado
Responsabilidades
- Apertura de nuevos clientes (principalmente horeca y retail)
- Desarrollo de negocio y expansión de la marca en el mercado
- Negociación con puntos de venta y gestión de relaciones comerciales
- Ejecución en punto de venta (visibilidad, distribución, posicionamiento)
- Identificación de oportunidades para el crecimiento del producto
