Visual Merchanding Coordinator (Iberia & International)

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett London and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

The project!

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and hands-on Visual Merchandising Coordinator to ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across our global retail stores, showrooms, and trade events.This role requires active involvement in every stage of the visual merchandising process, from concept development and styling to window installations, prop sourcing, and on-site execution.

You will work closely with retail and cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging and commercially effective environments that align with the brand's identity and standards.You will develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies, establish and maintain styling guidelines, and provide ongoing support to retail teams to elevate brand presentation, enhance the customer experience, and drive commercial performance. You will also ensure visual displays are consistently implemented across all locations while adapting concepts to suit different retail environments and event spaces.

What will the role entail?

• As the Iberia and international Coordinator, you will be an ambassador of the brand to ensure consistency, quality and implementation of all Window and Store environments for Iberia and International Market
• Support the CBE Manager in development of all VM tool, processes and delivering on all projects, Working together to create the seasonal VM guidlines and assist in facilitating visual merchandising training
• Support all stores remotely and with travel to ensure products are displayed according to brand standards and guidelines
• Be a role model in store for CBE department, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm

Requirements

Job requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising corporate functions in premium menswear firms.

Desirable experience working with international franchisees and/or in different formats (Full Price, Outlet, Wholesale, Showroom).

Bilingual English and Spanish.

High level of Excel and Adobe will be highly valuable.

Willingness to travel frequently across the Iberia and International markets to support stores, showrooms, and trade events.
