Global FX Forwards Leader: Strategy, Growth & Markets
Banco Santander SA
Santander Corporate & Investment Banking seeks a Global Head of FX Forwards, based out of Madrid/London, to lead the strategic development and growth of the global FX Forwards business. You will drive revenue, optimize balance sheet usage, and guide cross-border teams across geographies.
The role requires deep FX and STIR product expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with Trading, Sales, Treasury, Risk, and XVA teams while maintaining governance and regulatory compliance.
