What do we do?
As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will act as the key operational bridge between our Business Development Managers / Sales & Commercial Managers, external B2B partners, and internal creative teams. Rather than a traditional sales or account role, this is a dynamic marketing operations position centered on executing partner campaigns, managing account requests, and ensuring seamless project delivery across key channels.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multi-stakeholder project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• B2B partners POC: serve as the primary point of contact for key external partners regarding marketing execution.
• B2B campaign coordination: coordinate and implement marketing actions between different B2B partners, ensuring activations align with account goals and delivery timelines.
• Cross-department liaison: coordinate requests and campaign briefs with internal Exoticca departments (such as Design, Copywriting, etc.).
• Partner account support: support the execution of tailored marketing projects and co-op campaigns in selected key partner accounts.
• Timeline & asset delivery: guarantee proper and timely delivery of assets across all accounts by tracking schedules and managing project workflows.
• CMS & content uploads: manage the uploading process for marketing materials on partner platforms, update in the partners intranet and any request received related t okey partner´s deliverables.

Requirements

• Communication & relationship management: excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and maintain clear operational alignment with B2B partners, sales leads, and internal teams.

• Proactive & organized: strong project management and multi-tasking abilities; able to work independently, prioritize workload, and consistently meet delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech & digital savvy: comfortable navigating partner CMS portals, partner intranets, Excel,Looker, and standard digital work tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
• Commercial & B2B awareness: solid understanding of partner account needs, channel marketing tactics, and B2B co-marketing workflows without needing a traditional sales background.
• Problem-solving mindset: creative problem solver with a hands-on approach to resolving campaign bottlenecks, operational hurdles, and account requests efficiently.
• Language skills: fluent in English
