We’re looking for a Conference Concierge Trainee to join our team from September—someone organized, people-focused, and ready to make every guest experience flawless.

What You’ll Do

• Be the main on-site contact for meeting planners and event organizers
• Coordinate event logistics with all relevant departments (banqueting, kitchen, AV, housekeeping)
• Support the setup and breakdown of meeting spaces according to client specifications
• Ensure service runs smoothly and all client requests are addressed in real time
• Assist with signage, materials, and documentation for events
• Maintain event documentation and daily reports for internal communication
• Deliver top-tier guest service with a warm, solution-oriented approach
• Represent the Grand Hyatt brand with professionalism and personality

Who You Are

• A current university student (preferably studying Hospitality, Events, or Tourism)
• Available to start in September for a 6-month internship
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• A confident communicator who thrives in guest-facing roles
• Proactive, flexible, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Able to sign a university internship agreement
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU internship program
