What will you do?

• Provide outstanding customer service and technical support via phone and email
• Assist customers and installers with troubleshooting and technical issues
• Deliver clear and effective solutions through strong communication and analytical skills
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Maintain high standards of quality in all customer interactions
• Manage and resolve inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
• Perform administrative and support-related tasks when required

Candidate profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with German B2/C1 level
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support
• Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting abilities
• Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a service-oriented attitude
• Team player with the ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
