About the Role

As an Integration Consultant within our Finance Operations (FinOps) team , you play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and effectiveness of financial integrations across the SD Worx ecosystem.

You will be responsible for the deployment, support, and continuous improvement of integrations built on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud . Working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners, you will help deliver reliable integration solutions that support our finance processes and business objectives.

What You'll Do

Integration Operations & Support

• Provide operational support for finance integrations, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.

• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve interfaces between SAP S/4HANA Finance Public Cloud and other SD Worx solutions.

• Collaborate with external service providers and third-party vendors on complex support issues and escalations.

• Ensure integrations comply with established security standards, policies, and procedures.

• Support Master Data Management activities by analysing data quality issues and driving improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to reporting and analytics solutions by assessing business needs and supporting enhancement delivery.

Project Delivery & Implementation

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot integration solutions within SAP BTP and related platforms.

• Support data migration and master data cleansing activities during implementation projects.

• Participate in testing activities, including preparation, execution, and issue resolution.

• Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation to ensure knowledge retention and operational excellence.

Collaboration & Customer Focus

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

• Understand end-to-end business processes and customer journeys to deliver effective integration solutions.

• Collaborate across teams, countries, and disciplines in an international environment.

• Act as a trusted advisor by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues and stakeholders when needed.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP BTP and/or SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) .

• Experience working in an international support or project delivery environment.

• Understanding of system integration concepts, architectures, and integration landscapes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive and structured way of working, with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Finance processes or financial systems.

• Knowledge of French, Dutch, and/or German.
