Dutch Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager

Position Summary Working from our Barcelona offices, you will act as a Google Ads strategic advisor for commercial accounts across the Dutch market. You will take ownership of client growth—delivering structured onboarding, driving campaign adoption, maintaining retention, and improving ad metrics across your portfolio.

Primary Duties

• Strategic Planning: Conduct discovery sessions with newly onboarded clients to design multi-channel ad roadmaps.
• Client Consultation: Proactively connect with decision-makers to align advertising products with business goals.
• Campaign Execution: Build and adjust Google Ads accounts, optimizing targeting options, ad copy, and bidding.
• Data Analysis: Review analytics dashboards to identify trends and improve client campaign efficiency and ROI.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate logs of client calls, account updates, and sales pipelines in internal systems.
• Regional Focus: Share local Dutch market updates to help tailor go-to-market strategies internally.

Applicant Profile

• Languages: Fluent C1/C2 Dutch proficiency alongside strong written and spoken English skills.
• Background: Background in digital account management, sales strategy, or customer success.
• Market Knowledge: Good grasp of Dutch corporate culture, regional habits, and GDPR rules.
• Competencies: Strong numerical skills, clear communication capabilities, and familiarity with digital work tools.
