Jouw kerntaak is het verzekeren van een vlekkeloze start voor kleine en middelgrote bedrijven in de Benelux-regio met hun nieuwe advertentieaccounts. Dit is een cruciale, resultaatgerichte functie in een Hybride model die uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een commercieel inzicht vereist.

Jouw Hoofdtaken

• Strategische Begeleiding: Leiden van nieuwe klanten door het gehele proces van het opzetten van hun digitale advertentiecampagnes (PPC).
• Adoptie & Upselling: Stimuleren van productadoptie, het minimaliseren van klantverloop in de opstartfase en het identificeren van vroege upselling-kansen.
• Probleemoplossing: Identificeren en wegnemen van obstakels tijdens de implementatiefase om een onmiddellijke positieve impact te garanderen.
• Databeheer: Nauwkeurig bijhouden en updaten van de klantgegevens en interacties in het CRM-systeem.

Functie-eisen

• Vloeiend Nederlands (C1/C2-niveau) is een absolute vereiste.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal voor interne communicatie.
