Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Expert to join our Savings Team , Team of Investment and Funds Entrusted Tribe where we aim to help and encourage customers to manage their wealth in a simple and efficient way, while we have a lot of fun!

The responsibility of this team is focused on retail ING’s customers, offering them solutions to grow their money. You aim at improving ING’s performance and identify opportunities to better serve and delight customers in the product suite we offer in both savings and investments within the retail sector and our way of working is to provide the best solution for Customer processes considering market behaviors and needs, regulations, costs reduction and user requirements, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology.

Your key responsibilities:

• Part of the delivery team to define functional requirements, participation in testing and support before the Go‑live.
• Lead discovery phase of the new process to implement, liaise with key stakeholders (technical and non‑technical) for requirements definition, collaborate with different areas to define technical solution to implement, and align all key stakeholders to ensure meet deadlines.
• Identify risks and dependencies that can appear among the project execution.
• Be aware of industry and market trends, bring new ideas to scale up our business.
• Analyze data to extract operational information for decision‑making, create reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc.). Analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Have a data mindset, observe what happens around you and what we are building and challenge or adapt if we are not going in the right direction, building reliable business operations and services, and for connecting it with internal or external parties.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.
• Work in Agile teams, focusing always in delivering value to our customers in a fast way while continuously improving the way we work.
• Be also an active member of a Chapter supporting in improving the way of working and where you work on your craftsmanship.
• Be a team player. You are actively involved in the maintenance, development and realization of (new) services & functionalities. As an expert, you will deliver all the necessary business know‑how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared Tribe purpose.

What are we looking for?

• Master or bachelor’s degree around 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Customer focused and results‑oriented person.
• Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills and ensure the team focuses on delivering high‑impact results.
• Deadlines Management: Efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.
• Problem‑Solving: Strong problem‑solving skills enable to address challenges and obstacles that may arise.
• Tech: Although not mandatory, some technical knowledge to facilitate effective communication and understanding between the Product Owner and the development team. With knowledge of core banking systems and process.
• Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker.
• Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can‑do attitude.

Tus responsabilidades clave:

• Formas parte del delivery team para definir requisitos funcionales, participar en los tests y apoyar antes del Go‑live.
• Lideras la discovery phase del nuevo proceso a implementar, te coordinas con personas stakeholder clave (técnicas y no técnicas) para la definición de requisitos, colaboras con distintas áreas para definir la solución técnica a implementar y alineas a todas las personas involucradas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos.
• Identificas riesgos y dependencias que puedan aparecer durante la ejecución del proyecto.
• Te mantienes al día de las tendencias de la industria y del mercado, aportando nuevas ideas para escalar nuestro negocio.
• Analizas datos para extraer información operativa para la toma de decisiones, creas informes para las áreas de Operaciones (MicroStrategy, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Analizas evoluciones, tendencias y volúmenes en búsqueda de mejoras que aumenten la satisfacción de la clientela y la eficiencia de costes.
• Tienes un mindset orientado a los datos, observas lo que ocurre a tu alrededor y lo que estamos construyendo, desafiando o adaptando si no vamos en la dirección correcta, construyendo operaciones y servicios de negocio fiables, y conectándolos con partes internas o externas.
• Colaboras con personas de Risk, Compliance y Legal para asegurar que nuestros productos y servicios cumplen con la regulación y las políticas.
• Trabajas en equipos Agile, centrados siempre en entregar valor a nuestras personas clientas de forma rápida mientras mejoramos continuamente nuestra forma de trabajar.
• Eres también una persona activa dentro de un Chapter apoyando la mejora de la forma de trabajar y desarrollando tu craftsmanship.
• Eres team player. Participas activamente en el mantenimiento, desarrollo y realización de (nuevos) servicios y funcionalidades. Como persona experta, aportas todo el conocimiento de negocio y habilidades necesarias dentro de los Squads para contribuir al propósito compartido de la Tribe.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Máster o Grado y alrededor de 5 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos complejos.
• Persona enfocada en la clientela y orientada a resultados.
• Comunicación clara: excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
• Priorización: gran capacidad de priorización y de mantener al equipo centrado en entregar resultados de alto impacto.
• Gestión de deadlines: gestión eficiente del tiempo y de los plazos para mantener el desarrollo en curso y entregar el producto dentro del timeline previsto.
• Gestión de stakeholders: capacidad de involucrar y gestionar a las personas implicadas para lograr resultados exitosos.
• Resolución de problemas: fuertes habilidades para abordar desafíos y obstáculos que puedan surgir.
• Tech: aunque no es obligatorio, se valora conocimiento técnico que facilite la comunicación y entendimiento entre la persona Product Owner y el equipo de desarrollo. Conocimiento de sistemas core banking y procesos.
• Pasión por la innovación, nuevas tendencias de mercado y visión de futuro.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, tomar iniciativa y hacer que las cosas pasen con actitud can‑do.
