Als Business Development Representative (BDR) besteht Ihre Aufgabe darin, Unternehmen in den deutschsprachigen Märkten anzurufen und mit IT-Leiter*innen zu sprechen. Wir verkaufen nicht am Telefon. Das Ziel des Anrufs ist es, einen "Lead" zu generieren: Interesse an einer IT-Lösung zu wecken und einen Termin zwischen dem/r IT-Leiter*in und dem/der Vertriebsmitarbeiter*in des Kunden zu organisieren. Während unserer Warm Handover-Leads arbeiten Sie Hand in Hand mit den Vertriebsexperten unserer Kunden (z. B. Intel, Dell, Fujitsu) und bauen Ihr Netzwerk von Entscheidungsträger*innen rund um den Globus auf.
Was Sie tun- Sie nehmen Kontakt mit wichtigen Entscheidungsträger*innen auf, indem Sie telefonische Gespräche mit IT-Leiter*innen führen, um deren aktuelles Tech-Set-Up zu verstehen.
- Sie wecken Interesse, indem Sie die innovativen IT-Lösungen unserer Kunden präsentieren und zeigen, wie diese zur Optimierung von Prozessen und zur Steigerung der Produktivität beitragen können.
- Sie schaffen hochwertige Verkaufsmöglichkeiten, indem Sie Treffen zwischen potenziellen Kunden und den Vertriebsexperten unserer Kunden vereinbaren.
- Sie durchlaufen einen vierwöchigen Einarbeitungsprozess.
Unbegrenztes Provisionssystem. Attraktive Provisionen zusätzlich zum Grundgehalt. Beispiele: Im Deutschen Team durchschnittliche Provisionen von ca. 662 € monatlich (ca. 7.464 € jährlich zusätzlich zum Grundgehalt); erfahrene Teammitglieder (>2 Jahre) erzielen Provisionen von über 1.000 € pro Monat. Das Modell hat keine Obergrenze – Einsatz bestimmt den Erfolg.
Ihr Profil- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- Gute Kenntnisse einer weiteren europäischen Sprache wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder Telemarketing ist ein Plus
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist ein Plus
- Vorherige CRM-Erfahrung wünschenswert
- Zielorientierte Mentalität und Eigeninitiative
- Wohnsitz in der Madrider Region (Comunidad de Madrid)
- Die rechtliche Möglichkeit, in Spanien zu arbeiten
