Consultor/a senior preparación servicio " BMC"
¿Te apasiona la i mplantación y preparación de plataformas ITSM antes de su puesta en producción?
Buscamos un perfil sénior especializado en BMC Helix que quiera participar en proyectos de alto impacto, asegurando una transición a operación eficiente y alineada con las mejores prácticas ITIL.
Trabajarás en un entorno tecnológico exigente, colaborando con diferentes equipos y participando en la configuración y optimización de herramientas clave para la gestión de servicios TI.

Qué harás
- Preparar y poner a punto las herramientas del servicio sobre plataforma BMC Helix ITSM.
- Configurar, parametrizar y valida r la plataforma antes de su entrada en operación.
- Definir p rocesos y procedimientos operativos alineados con ITIL.
- Coordinar la transición a operación junto con equipos técnicos, cliente y proveedores.
- Elaborar la documentación técnica y funcional de la solución.
- Identificar y gestionar riesgos, dependencias y posibles desviaciones durante la fase de preparación del servicio.
- Colaborar en la mejora continua de los procesos de gestión del servicio.
