Generative AI Programme Manager — IT Projects
Our Client
Our Client in Barcelona, Spain seeks an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise Generative AI initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, AI Engineering and Data Science, and ensure adoption through training and governance.
The role requires 7+ years in IT project management for enterprise tech, plus demonstrated experience with AI projects, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and cross-functional
