Senior Project/Product Manager

They are looking for an AI Project & Product Manager to act as the vital connective tissue between their high‑velocity AI engineering team and key business stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will translate complex business challenges into production‑ready AI roadmaps, ensuring technical decisions are grounded in real‑world business value.

Delivery Orchestration: Own the product \"heartbeat\"—managing agile planning, prioritizations, timelines, and dependencies from PoC and MVP to production scale.

Protect the core engineering and data science teams from scope creep, ad‑hoc requests, and external noise to maintain execution velocity.

Stakeholder & Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks early, align cross‑functional expectations, and ensure clear, consistent progress tracking.

Experience: 3‑4 years in Project/Product Management combined with 3‑4 years focusing specifically on AI, ML, or data‑driven software solutions.

Delivery Track Record: Proven experience bringing AI solutions from prototype to production, running tight Agile/Scrum processes.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to align senior business executives and technical teams.

Professional fluency in English (French is highly preferred).

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
