Developing our business in different markets allows us to add a space for a motivated Account Manager - Europe.Role Overview: We are seeking a contractor to support our Account Management team.
This role is project-based or ongoing, depending on performance and business needs.Scope of Work:Communicate with customers in the post-sale process.Upsell and promote new products.Drive cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within dedicated territory.Promote existing product by improving positioning.Ensure that existing and new products are promoted in an efficient way.Develop and maintaining long term relationship with customers.Work closely with sales and marketing manager to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.Requirements:Strong technical acumen with the ability to link it to business value.Proven and consistent track record of sales performance and knowledge.Analytical, structured, highly driven and solution-oriented mindset.Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.Strong analytical skills.Good financial knowledge.Ability to drive and coordinate projects independently.Fluency in Spanish and English.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.Availability and flexibility to travel occasionally as needed.Ability to invoice services (mandatory).
