Global Market Access Leader: Strategy & Value
Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association
Novartis is seeking an Access Field Head to lead the development and execution of innovative market access strategies that maximize patient access, strengthen value propositions, and support sustainable access across priority markets.
You will partner with TA teams, CLS, Pricing, Medical Affairs, Development, and country organizations to shape integrated access strategies, optimize payer evidence, and ensure successful reimbursement and access outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
