Customer Advisor Dutch

What will you do?

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. You will accurately address a wide range of questions and translate issues into effective solutions. You will provide proactive advice and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambience in their homes, building technical knowledge of our lighting products.

Job requirements

• Communicative and skilled at smooth conversations.
• Prior experience as a customer service representative.
• Proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Fluent in any other additional language from the listed languages below.
• Able to handle stress well and remain composed under pressure.
• Patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight.
• Living in Barcelona and able to work in the office at least 60% of contract hours.
• Have a Spanish Social Security Number and/or a NIE.

• A base salary of EUR 20,500 per year gross, based on full-time (40h per week) employment.
