The proposed salary range (the final offer will be based on experience and seniority) is €46,500 – €70,000 gross annual total compensation , plus benefits (as listed in the relevant section below).

Mission & Core Purpose

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join iubenda, someone who excels at simplifying complex tech products and translating them into compelling narratives. In this role, you will act as the liaison between Product, Marketing (particularly Content and Brand), and Operations, ensuring alignment across teams. You'll report to the Head of Product, and you will shape go-to-market strategies, define how we position our product portfolio, and ensure that customers clearly understand the value we deliver.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining product positioning and messaging, making sure every selling point is sharp, relevant, and customer-driven;

• Owning the product-led growth strategy, defining priorities and long-term direction;

• Leading go-to-market planning and execution for new features from announcement to launch;

• Develop ing use cases grounded in real customer needs, translating them into compelling narratives;

• Conducting market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and keep us ahead of the curve;

• Streamlining and coordinating processes for product-related internal company communication;

• Driving sales enablement by creating materials and supporting the Sales team with the knowledge and tools they need;

• Tracking and reporting on growth-related goals and identifying areas for improvement.

Experience & Skills

• Full proficiency in English;

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, of which at least 2 years in product-led-growth;

• Strong experience in positioning heavily technical SaaS features, starting from customer needs analysis (pain/gain framework) through to messaging and GTM execution;

• Solid understanding of software development dynamics, and of SaaS functionalities and metrics;

• A proactive mindset and a genuine drive to contribute to the company's growth;

• Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and user researchers to gain a deep understanding of product features and their user need foundations;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. You are free to work from anywhere in the world. If you prefer a hybrid model, you can work from one of our offices in Milan or Bologna.
