Consultor/a - Analista Programador/a Altitude Software

Desde Kapres Technology buscamos incorporar un/a Consultor/a de Altitude Software para participar en un proyecto de Contact Center.
La posición está orientada principalmente al soporte, mantenimiento y evolución de la plataforma Altitude, trabajando sobre proyectos ya existentes y realizando modificaciones y desarrollos según las necesidades del cliente.
Responsabilidades:
- Dar soporte a la plataforma Altitude y gestionar las incidencias que puedan surgir.
- Realizar mantenimiento y modificaciones sobre proyectos existentes.
- Desarrollar y modificar scripts de routing y campañas de telemarketing utilizando ASL.
- Configurar y realizar ajustes en servicios y campañas.
- Trabajar con Altitude 7.5 y Altitude 8.
- Realizar pequeños desarrollos y mantenimientos en C#/.NET, principalmente Web Services.
- Trabajar con bases de datos Oracle (PL/SQL) y SQL Server.
- Realizar modificaciones y evolutivos sobre las soluciones existentes.
- Participar en configuraciones e integraciones de CTI/Avaya, incluyendo skills, VDNs, extensiones, agentes, vectores, etc.
- Participar en integraciones de Altitude con Salesforce mediante APIs y Web Services.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia previa trabajando con Altitude Software.
- Experiencia en ASL (Altitude Scripting Language).
- Experiencia en scripting de routing y campañas.
- Conocimientos de C# y .NET.
- Experiencia con Oracle/PL-SQL y/o SQL Server.
- Valorable experiencia con Avaya/CTI.
- Valorable experiencia con Salesforce, APIs y Web Services.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de soporte, mantenimiento y resolución de incidencias.
