Investment Manager, Venture Investing

Samaipata is looking for an Investment Manager to join their team in Madrid. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and executing investment opportunities for their latest fund. You’ll work closely with founders and help shape the future of the portfolio while building valuable relationships in the tech ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Source and find investment opportunities for the fund.
• Work closely with portfolio founders and support their growth.
• Build relationships with founders and co-investors.
• Participate in meetings and events to expand deal flow.

What You Need

• 5-8 years of experience in a demanding environment.
• Strong interest in technology and venture capital.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong academic background in business or STEM.
• Ability to think analytically and work independently.
• Experience in building networks and relationships.
