Analista/Portfolio Manager NPL’s - Real Estate Distress

Nuestro cliente es una firma especializada en la gestión de grandes vehículos de inversión en activos inmobiliarios y deuda distressed, que gestiona una importante cartera de activos NPL Y REO.
La compañía participa activamente en el análisis, estructuración y seguimiento de oportunidades complejas dentro del mercado inmobiliario y de carteras de deuda
¿Qué buscamos?
Buscamos un perfil de analista con mentalidad inversora, sólida capacidad analítica y experiencia en modelización financiera, capaz de evaluar oportunidades complejas y aportar criterio en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
▪ Formación universitaria en ADE, Economía o similar.
▪ Imprescindible 3años de experiencia relevante en análisis de activos inmobiliarios NPLs, REOs,
▪ Excel muy avanzado y experiencia en modelización financiera.
▪ Capacidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos.
▪ Mentalidad analítica, criterio inversor y atención al detalle.
