Remote Revenue-Driven Customer Success Manager (Italian)

Smartness is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive revenue growth by maximizing value customers gain from our hospitality SaaS. You will focus on retention, expansion, upselling, and cross-selling while hitting ambitious targets.
