- Formación relacionada con IT/ Informática/Programación (Ciclos Formativos de DAM, DAW, Redes y/o sistemas, Grado en Informática, ...)
- Dominio nativo /bilingüe de Castellano
- Experiencia en Atención al cliente/ Help Desk.
- Buenas habilidades comunicativas, empatía, creatividad, dinamismo, capacidad de aprendizaje y trabajo en equipo.
- Motivación por aprender y conocer a nivel técnico nuestra solución software.
Funciones:
- Atención y resolución de incidencias/ consultas recibidas a través de los diferentes canales de comunicación oficiales (telf., e-mail, herramienta de ticketing).
- Colaborar en la evolución de la base de datos de conocimiento de soporte corporativa, a través de la documentación proactiva de nuevas soluciones de interés para el cliente, sus compañeros o cualquier otro miembro del equipo.
- Cuando corresponda, realizar funciones de Back Office en los clientes que delegan esta responsabilidad en nuestro servicio, siguiendo el procedimiento establecido con el cliente en cada contrato.
- Si se requiere, instalar terminales (PDAs, Tablet Android, iPad, PC, etc.) según el procedimiento establecido y atender cualquier petición en referencia a distribución de versiones y al mantenimiento de los usuarios del sistema.
- Reportar proactivamente al CS Coordinator o CS Manager de las gestiones pendientes, sugerencias de mejora e incidencias tanto de calidad como de gestión del servicio o de las soluciones utilizadas.
- Modelo híbrido oficina (3 días por semana) -remoto (2 días por semana)
- 2 Horario: Jornada completa de Lunes a Viernes en horario continuado de 12:00h a 20:00h + Festivos locales y autonómicos (cobertura rotativa remunerada).
- 2 Horario jornada completa de Lunes a Jueves de 08:00h a 17:00h y Viernes de 08:00h a 14:00h + Festivos Locales y autonómicos (cobertura rotrativa remunerada).
- 23 días de vacaciones.

- Formación continua dentro de la empresa.
