What You Will Do in This Role

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to people — our clients, their customers, our teams, our community, and our planet. As a Fashion Support Consultant, you will:

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
• Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
• Identify and elevate complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution

• Are bilingual or proficient in Italian with an advanced level of English
• Have a good understanding of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows, MS Office, internet settings)
• Feel comfortable working in a customer service environment
• Have strong customer care skills, including active listening and problem-solving
• Take ownership of customer requests and follow them through to resolution or escalation
