Business Consultant (m/f/d)

Within our Process Solutions area, we support customers in optimizing their business processes from order to invoice. Our teams work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations, scalable solutions, and long‑term success. Collaboration across product, sales, and support teams is key to delivering value.

In this role, you will be the bridge between business and technology. You will help customers understand complex technical topics, translate their business needs into practical solution concepts, and guide them through implementation with clarity and confidence. You will be part of a collaborative international setup and can rely on colleagues across consulting, development, and support who are looking forward to welcoming you.

Your Tasks:

• You guide customers from first requirements to successful implementation, turning their business needs into practical solution concepts.
• You coordinate implementation projects end-to-end and keep customers, internal teams, and partners aligned along the way.
• You support pre‑sales and delivery by clarifying scope, contributing your consulting expertise, and presenting solutions clearly.
• You help customers optimize their order-to-invoice processes and ensure our solutions fit both their needs and TecAlliance standards.
• You bring customer feedback back into our product and support teams so we can keep improving our solutions.

Your Profile:

• You bring profound experience in business consulting, customer implementation, or project delivery.
• You understand business processes and ideally have worked in ERP, supply chain, or integration‑related environments.
• You are comfortable translating customer requirements into clear, scalable, and practical solutions.
• You have a good technical understanding of ERP systems, integrations, and web service knowledge such as REST or SOAP is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, or EDI is a plus, but not a must.
• You communicate confidently with customers and stakeholders and enjoy working across teams and cultures.
• You work in a structured way, take ownership, and stay focused even when requirements are complex.
• You are curious about how AI can support business consulting, customer implementation, and process optimization, and you are comfortable using AI‑enabled tools responsibly to improve clarity, structure, and efficiency in your work.
• You speak fluent English (B2+); German, Spanish, or another language is a plus.

• Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance‑based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location‑independency / flexibility:

• Hybrid Remote: we work remotely within Spain and you can work from anywhere within the country of your employment; however we have regular on‑site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.
• Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e‑learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
• Set‑up: for this, we will provide you with a tailored tech set‑up (notebook, headset, backpack) if you are working in an office, and for remote workers we have an extended set‑up.
• Vacation: 30 days a year.
