Director of Revenue Operations

• Work hand in hand with the Chief Commercial Officer
• Build strategic reviews and recommendations for Strategic Reviews with BNP, Kantox Board meetings, and Quarterly Commercial meetings
• Ensure Commercial leadership decisions are executed seamlessly with Sales Team Managers
• Orchestrate Business Development, Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
• Lead and develop the Revenue Operations team
• Establish career pathways, identify skill gaps, and drive upskilling in CRM, analytics, and process design
• Foster career development, internal mobility, mentoring, and stretch assignments
• Drive team engagement and culture
• Represent the commercial organisation in recurring BNP Paribas stakeholder meetings
• Prepare agendas and present KPIs, deal status, and pipeline intelligence
• Coordinate Kantox and BNP local sales efforts across markets
• Manage BNP compliance and risk requests, process improvements, and internal audit recommendations
• Recommend AI-enabled workflows and leverage provider AI capabilities
• Enhance the sales cycle with AI to increase closing ratios
• Own the organisation and content of sales kickoffs, quarterly commercial committees, and weekly Sales meetings
• Participate in budget preparation
• Design commission plans and administer SPIFF programs
• Own reporting reliability, primarily Power BI and Salesforce dashboards
• Oversee the RevOps technology stack, including CRM, sales tools, and analytics
• Drive initiatives covering sales process improvement, training, forecasting accuracy, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency
• Ensure disciplined forecasting across the commercial organisation
• Improve pipeline size, average deal size, closing ratio, and sales cycle length
• Align Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation for seamless handoffs and client onboarding
• Make data-driven recommendations to evolve the sales cycle

Requirements

• 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial planning, preferably in SaaS
• Proven experience managing strategic relationships with C-Level stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen across budget planning, forecasting, revenue recognition, and KPI analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior executives and speaking in public forums
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional initiatives in a scaling organisation
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfort with complex governance structures
• Fluent in English
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
• Nice to have: Familiarity with large financial institutions such as banking groups or asset managers
• Nice to have: Background in FX, treasury, or trade finance operations
