Who we're looking for…

Are you passionate about leading teams and creating unforgettable guest experiences? As a Guest Relations Supervisor , you will oversee the daily operations of the Guest Relations department, ensuring every interaction reflects The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. You will inspire, coach, and support your team while anticipating guest needs, delivering personalized service, and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include…

• Supervise the daily operations of the Guest Relations department, ensuring an exceptional and personalized guest experience throughout every stage of the stay.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Guest Relations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all Guest Relations procedures, service standards, and The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards are consistently implemented.
• Oversee the arrival and stay experience of VIPs, repeat guests, long-stay guests, and guests celebrating special occasions, ensuring memorable and personalized experiences.
• Handle complex guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service delivery.
• Review and maintain guest profiles, preferences, and special requests to deliver highly personalized service.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of welcome amenities, personalized touches, and special experiences for guests.
• Monitor guest feedback, satisfaction scores, and service quality indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing action plans when required.
• Act as a role model and operational support for the team, providing guidance and assistance in complex situations.
• Support scheduling, task allocation, onboarding, and performance follow-up within the department.

What we're looking for…

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Guest Services, or a similar leadership role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the confidence to manage challenging situations effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• The ability to collaborate across multiple departments in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; German and additional languages are highly valued.
• Proficiency in computer applications and, preferably, hotel property management systems.
• A valid work permit for Spain.
