• Departmental Synergy: Act as the central point of communication between the Head of Department, Production, and the artistic team.
• Deadline Management: Constantly monitor department progress against the master schedule, ensuring all crew members are aware of upcoming milestones and have the resources to meet them.
• ShotGrid (Flow) Mastery: Maintain meticulous production data, updating statuses and tracking the movement of shots and assets with high precision.
• Review Coordination: Organize and facilitate daily rounds, reviews, and meetings. You will ensure that director feedback and supervisor approvals are clearly documented and communicated to the relevant teams.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular progress reports for the production leadership, flagging potential risks, delays, or overages before they impact the final delivery.
• Workflow Optimization: Assist in the onboarding of new artists and help maintain the documentation and templates that define our studio’s efficiency.
• On-Site Collaboration: Attend department meetings, take high-quality notes, and resolve minor team issues proactively to maintain a positive, productive atmosphere.
